If you would like to fish in our fishing pond at 4K River Ranch you may purchase a permit at the office. You may also use any of the facilities at 4K River Ranch that you'd like.

Located over iconic Frye's Old Town, our spacious 2,600-sq-ft penthouse apartment in the very center of town features epic views! Watch winter torchlight parades and summer events at Brandenburg Park from its private rooftop deck (with hot tub!).
Main bedroom has a king bed, second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a full and two twin beds. The living room has a murphy bed, so you can comfortably sleep 10 guests

WiFi and smart TV (living room), if you wish to hook up your iPad to a HDMI connection you will need to provide your own HDMI cable and connector. The TV in the main bedroom plays DVDs only, so bring your own or we have them for rent in the 4K office.
