The Town of Red River invites you, your loved ones, and friends to join us for Mayfest in the Mountains, a transformative event that has replaced the traditional Red River Memorial Day Motorcycle Rally. There will be music in the park this year with Casey James being the headliner!

Weekends During the Summer - 7pm

Michael Smith kicks off our River Music Gathering this year. Bring your own chairs. No animals please. The playground will be closed during the performance. For over 20 years, Michael has made his home in Red River, NM, playing his brand of folky, country Americana to tourists from all over the country. Down home, earthy, and honest is a good way to describe Michael's solo performance. Just him and his guitar, playing original tunes and covers, his flavor of music will bring back memories that you may have forgotten.

Over 150 of the most awesome classic, hot rod, and modern cars cruise into Red River for this exciting Car Show. There will be food and specialty vendors during the show hours. Family-friendly activities will be held in Brandenburg Park.

June 13-15, 2025

The annual Art & Wine Festival is presented by the Red River Chamber of Commerce every Father’s Day weekend in Brandenburg Park. This year's headliner will be Casey James for your listening pleasure!

July 4, 2025

July 18th, 19th & 20th, 2025

Join us for the 1st Annual Red River Jamboree, which will include a music festival with food trucks and lots of other activities. The Jamboree will be in Brandenburg Park as well as spread out around town. Performers will include Casey James, Amanda Kate, Michael Smith, Chris Arellano, Ry Taylor & The Side Trips, Hwy 38 Houndogs, Chancy Bernson Band, Garry Blackchild and Oscar Butler.

The Enchanted Circle Bicycle Tour offers participants the opportunity to ride some of the most scenic areas in the southwest. On both the 85 and 100-mile course, cyclists will experience rewarding climbs, rolling hills, fast descents, and hairpin turns.

Red River’s 8750′ Festival returns with three days of great music alongside cookoff competitions for BBQ, red chili, and green chile.

Aspencade Music & Arts Festival is a must-visit fall event in Red River! This boutique festival takes place across four days during the anticipated peak of the aspen changing to their autumn colors. Live music fills the air, and artisan craft vendors fill the park! Our crafts fair features beautiful works from New Mexico and around the Southwest. The crisp fall air and gorgeous mountain scenery complete the setting for this one-of-a-kind festival experience. Celebrate the changing of the season with us in Red River, New Mexico this fall!

Join us for the 19th Annual Oktoberfest, a three-day celebration featuring the best craft beer, wines, spirits, artisans and food vendors producers, live entertainment, contests, and more! This year, we are expanding the event to include a kid zone, a Red River Showdown viewing area, a judged beard and mustache competition, and more! We look forward to seeing you at Brandenburg Park on October 11th-13th, where locals and out-of-towners can enjoy a family-friendly experience.
